Oak Knoll Winery

Tasting Room

Tasting Room

Since 1970, Oak Knoll has welcomed visitors to our winery tasting room. Nestled in the corner of the bottle-aging cellar, we'll treat you to a tasting of a wide selection of our wines (some of which are only available at the winery).

Located eighteen miles west of downtown Portland, Oregon, in the beautiful countryside near Hillsboro, Oak Knoll offers visitors a retreat from the fast lane. With views of the surrounding Chehalem mountain ridge, our large manicured lawn is ideal for picnics or a wine tour lunch stop. We also have wine country tour maps and can recommend local dining, lodging, and other area points of interest.

Tasting Room Hours

May to September:
11 a.m. to 6 p.m (Monday-Friday)
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturday-Sunday)
October to April:
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Open Daily)

We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Group Tours and Tastings

The winery welcomes groups for private tours and tastings by appointment and we request that the group be ten or more adults. Please give us as much advance notice as possible when booking your tour. If you would like to include a lunch with your tour, we can recommend local catering companies that specialize in wine country lunches and will deliver to the winery.

How to find us

Oak Knoll is one of the closest wineries to the city of Portland. We are an easy thirty minute drive from downtown Portland; about twenty minutes from the popular Washington Square Shopping Center; or approximately fifty minutes from the Portland International Airport. If you require additional directions please call the winery during business hours for assistance.
