Product Description

GROWING SEASON:
A hot summer gave us an exceptional year of grape ripening and it was all about the flavors. Grapes had to be watched closely as the brix of sugars could have gone through the roof which would give us a real high alcohol wine and cover up the flavors. So winemakers were determining when to harvest by flavor development not typical chemistry development of the grapes.
