ak Knoll Winery is an ideal setting for your event, with expansive picnic grounds, Cathedral Canopy and Stage area, paired with our award winning wines, all reflecting the theme of Oregon's third oldest winery. For weddings, a suite is available for the bride and her attendants. Our friendly staff and experienced Event Coordinator provide personal attention for your memorable event.

Rental Rates
Monday through Thursday: $1,200
Friday, Saturday or Sunday: $2,000

Rental rates of Oak Knoll Winery include a 20" x 40" Cathedral Canopy, staff of an Event Coordinator and two OLCC Servers, and landscaped grounds at Oak Knoll Winery, which can accommodate up to two hundred guests. Deposit, along with a $300 security deposit secures your date; balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Receive a discount on the wine consumed during your event, as well as wine purchases for event related activities (i.e., rehearsal dinners, bridal showers or business meetings).

Cancellation Policy

n the event of a cancellation more than 30 days prior to your event, Oak Knoll Winery will retain the security deposit and refund in full the 50% deposit required at the time of booking.

Event Times and Set-up Policy

ur facility is available for rent between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., unless other arrangements have been made. Any live music or use of sound system must conclude by 10:00pm, with the event concluding at 11:00 p.m.

Catering

e can provide you with a list of caterers, or you may choose your own. Since Oak Knoll Winery is an outdoor facility, all venders must be self contained in providing for appropriate equipment for food storage and preparation.

Rental Items

Rental items are available through contract with a local rental agency. All rental items, other than those included in the facility rental agreement are the responsibility of the lessee. All rental items must be removed from the winery no later than 11:00 a.m. the day following you event, with personal items removed on the evening of your event.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

ak Knoll Winery can serve only wine and beer on the property, as required by Oregon liquor laws; no other alcoholic beverages allowed. The wine will be purchased from Oak Knoll Winery (discounts included), and you may bring your own beer. Oak Knoll Winery will provide alcohol servers who comply with OLCC rules and regulations. No distilled spirits will be allowed on the premises.
